Operations

This role will entail minor facility maintenance and janitorial services. Along with warehouse fulfillment and driving when no maintenance or janitorial services are needed. Required to coordinate with outside contractors when needed for projects and issues that are outside of capabilities on a case-by-case basis.

About the vacancy

Essential Job Functions:

·         Schedule roll off dumpster and trash compactor services when needed.

·         Maintain restrooms in usable condition

·         Check janitorial supply levels and communicate to office administrator when restocking is required

·         Empty warehouse trash daily and office trash every other Friday

·         Minor assembly/repairs

·         Properly pick and pack items to be shipped accurately according to company standards

·         Process and accurately ship orders out using the proper method using the TMS, UPS or ERP systems

·         Reliably retrieve items from within the warehouse to be processed and shipped

·         Bag small parts when required

·         General Warehouse Duties

·         Follow company procedures 

·         Complete Pickups and Deliveries when needed

·         Operate forklifts when needed

 

 

 Requirements:

·         Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

·         Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing

·         Be able to function in a fast-paced work environment

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Good interpersonal skills and team player mentality

·         Valid driver’s license

·         Previous warehouse and maintenance experience

·         Forklift Experience
