Operations

This role will entail minor facility maintenance and janitorial services. Along with warehouse fulfillment and driving when no maintenance or janitorial services are needed. Required to coordinate with outside contractors when needed for projects and issues that are outside of capabilities on a case-by-case basis.

About the vacancy

Essential Job Functions:

路 聽 聽聽 聽聽 Schedule roll off dumpster and trash compactor services when needed.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Maintain restrooms in usable condition

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Check janitorial supply levels and communicate to office administrator when restocking is required

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Empty warehouse trash daily and office trash every other Friday

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Minor assembly/repairs

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Properly pick and pack items to be shipped accurately according to company standards

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Process and accurately ship orders out using the proper method using the TMS, UPS or ERP systems

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Reliably retrieve items from within the warehouse to be processed and shipped

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Bag small parts when required

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽General Warehouse Duties

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Follow company procedures聽

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Complete Pickups and Deliveries when needed

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Operate forklifts when needed

聽Requirements:

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Be able to function in a fast-paced work environment

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Excellent attention to detail

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Good interpersonal skills and team player mentality

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Valid driver鈥檚 license

路 聽 聽 聽 聽聽Previous warehouse and maintenance experience
